Prior to joining Morgan Crucible, Peter advised on private equity acquisitions and international leadership programmes as an independent consultant. He was formerly Group HR Director of BAA plc, the international airports group, and held senior roles with US broker Charles Schwab & Co, British Airways, and Ford Motor Co. Peter is a member of the Council of the Institute of Employment Studies and was appointed as a Commissioner for the UK Civil Service in 2010.
