Morgan Crucible's Executive Committee comprises the Group's senior management and uses its collective expertise to support the board in managing the company. It meets monthly to discuss strategic and operational matters at Group level.

	Paul Boulton, Company Secretary and Group Legal Counsel Appointed Company Secretary: 2006 Paul joined Morgan Crucible in 2004 as Assistant Company Secretary. Before joining the Company, he spent nine years with IMI, his last role being Deputy Company Secretary and Senior Legal Adviser. Paul is a qualified solicitor.
	Amanda Wooding, Group Human Resources Director Appointed Group Human Resources Director: 2008 Amanda joined Morgan Crucible in 2006 as Human Resources Director for the Carbon Division. Her career in Human Resources began with Lucas Automotive in South Wales progressing over a period of eleven years in both operation and corporate roles, regionally and globally. In 2000 she joined Smiths Group plc, firstly as Human Resources Director for Electronic Systems in the Aerospace Division, and latterly as People Development Director for the Smiths Group. Amanda has a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development.
