The ultimate responsibility for the management of The Morgan Crucible Company plc rests with the Board of Directors. The Board is supported with its activities by the Executive Committee which consists of our two Executive Directors, our divisional CEOs and certain senior members of staff.

Day to day responsibility for the management of company’s activities rests with the divisional CEO of each our four divisions (Carbon, Technical Ceramics, Thermal Ceramics and Molten Metal Systems). Each CEO is supported by a divisional management team.
