What is Morgan Crucible’s mission statement?

About the holding company and our headquarters
Who runs Morgan Crucible?
The Morgan Crucible Company plc ("Morgan Crucible") is managed by a Board of Directors on behalf of the shareholders. Our Board is supported by an Executive Committee whose members are drawn from senior staff. Day to day management of our four divisions is performed by the appropriate divisional Chief Executive Officer.
Who are the executive members of the board and who is the Chairman?
Morgan Crucible has two executive directors. They are Mark Robertshaw (Chief Executive Officer),
and Kevin Dangerfield (Chief Financial Officer). Tim Stevenson is Chairman.
Who are the non-executive directors?
The non-executive directors are Martin Flower,
Simon Heale, Andrew Given and Tim Stevenson. Tim is the Chairman of the company.
Where are your headquarters?
Our head office is located in Windsor, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Windsor is approximately 22 miles west of Central London.

Morgan Crucible’s main UK manufacturing operations are located at Worcester, Bromborough (Wirral), Swansea, Stourport, Rugby, Southampton and
Ruabon. Our headquarters are in Windsor.

Morgan Crucible employs approximately 9,500 people worldwide. Around
1,300 are located in the UK.

What new products does Morgan Crucible have in the pipeline?
Our products are often designed in conjunction with our customers when they have defined a particular requirement. Since this process often involves discussions and planning processes that are commercially sensitive, it is not easy for us to report specific items in our pipeline. This site, however, details extensive information concerning

What is the company's dividend policy?
Morgan Crucible reported a return to the dividend list at the time of our final results announcement in February 2006. At our preliminary final results announcement made on 19 February 2008 we proposed a final dividend of 4.5 pence per Ordinary share, an increase of 50% on the final dividend declared for 2006.
What is Morgan Crucible's pension funding position? Do you have a pension deficit?
Information concerning Morgan's pension scheme position at the end of
2007 can be found on pages 92-95 of our latest annual report. In our preliminary final results announcement made on 19 February 2008 we disclosed that our pension deficit had increased by £5.0m in 2007 and stood at £47.7m at the year end.
