Ethics Hotline

The Morgan Crucible Ethics Hotline enables employees and others who are aware of, or suspect, misconduct, illegal activities, fraud, abuse of Company assets or violations of Morgan Crucible’s Ethics Policy to report these confidentially without fear of retribution should they feel they cannot use a local channel.

In Q1 of 2011, the group launched an updated ethics hotline and procedures employing a third party multi-lingual service. The service is provided in countries where the company operates providing information in local language and free phone contact using interpreters.
