Who are we looking for?

We want graduates with, or expecting, a good degree in any Materials Science or other related Engineering degree (including Masters, MBAs and PhDs). It is not essential that your background is in materials science, but you are interested in materials and how they work. You are able to demonstrate to us that you are a future leader. You are able to problem solve, using initiative and creativity to develop and deliver solutions. You are able to work with ambiguity and adapt to change and see the bigger picture. You have a can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal, team working and influencing skills.
