Shareholder Information

Morgan Crucible’s register of shareholders and the number of shares held is maintained by Capita Registrars. Capita also issue dividend payments and share certificates on behalf of the Company.

If you are a shareholder you should inform Capita of a change address, change of name or if a share certificate is lost or stolen or if you have a question about your dividend or want it to be paid directly into you bank account. Similarly you should contact Capita to inform them of the death of a shareholder or to transfer shares into another person’s name.

The most efficient way to communicate with Capita Registrars is by using the Capita Share Portal .  This is an online service which enables shareholders to manage their shareholdings online.  For more information view sections 4 and 5 of the Frequently Asked Questions.

Alternatively if you need to write to Capita, please quote our full company name, The Morgan Crucible Company plc, your full name and your shareholder investor code or IVC (which you will find on your share certificate; dividend vouchers; and any correspondence you have received from Capita).
